Before you start
Is the Eli app free?
Yes. Budgeting, seeing your money in one place and getting connected to a free debt adviser are free.
Will you sell my information?
No. We do not sell your information. We never have and we will not. We only share it when you ask us to, for example to refer you to an adviser, or when the law requires it.
Is Eli a debt adviser?
No. Eli gives guidance in plain language and helps you prepare. It is not regulated financial or legal advice. If something matters, check it with an adviser, and we will help you find one.
Where is my information kept?
In the UK. It is encrypted while it is stored and while it travels between your device and us. You can see what we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it, free of charge.
