He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

With 15 years of experience in financial services, Alex began his career working in financial markets at J.P. Morgan Chase.

He has worked extensively in Retail Banking in a number of roles encompassing pricing, strategy, proposition development and digital.

He holds a degree in Biological Sciences and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Erel has worked in various voluntary sector roles in youth, advocacy and advice, and provided consultancy on financial inclusion.

On completion of her MA in Anthropology, she set up a number of organisations for her community.

She founded Little STEMs, a grassroots initiative for disadvantaged primary school-aged children, and is working with leading universities such as UCL and Oxford on various initiatives.
